Classes and personal training solutions are provided by Coach Rod Key, Jenny Hutchens and Heydi Lopez and are a part of the seven principle wheel of balance for a well balanced life. Taking advantage of these fitness opportunities will certainly help you achieve in at least one of these principles.

How do I know which fitness classes are right for me?

You may choose to be involved in 1 on 1 training in close supervision with your trainer OR you may choose to train with a friend in a 1 on 2 scenario. If you have more than 1 friend, we offer 1 on 4 training as well and if you want o be part of a group of folks that you identify with, then our fitness classes are the solution. No matter the choice of training you choose, you will get top quality attention to detail that will help you succeed with your fitness goals.

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai, and Western boxing.
